Job Description
-Assist customers with placing orders at the counter or over the phone.
-Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
-Ensure dining area, counters, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
-Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to the supervisor if necessary.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in front-of-house areas.
-Support kitchen staff by relaying orders and ensuring timely service.
-Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
