Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in the salon industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential salons, spas, and beauty centers to promote and sell company products or services.
Sales Execution: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective prospecting and relationship management.
Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
Reporting: Provide regular feedback and sales reports to management using CRM tools or other reporting systems.
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, salon events, and product launches when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty, salon, or cosmetics industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
