Employment Details
Position Type: Regular Full-Time
Probation Period: 3 months (standard per labor policy)
Start Date: Immediate or based on candidate availability
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Field-based (Metro Manila), with reporting duties at our Malate headquarters
Salary & Benefits Structure
Basic Monthly Salary
PHP 16,000 – PHP 20,000 (based on qualifications and prior experience)
Performance Bonus
PHP 5,000 – PHP 15,000 per month
Based on monthly leasing acquisition, operational consistency, and relationship metrics
Fixed Monthly Allowance
PHP 4,000
Covers field travel and communication costs
Government-Mandated Benefits
SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG fully covered per law

Position Summary
As Business Development Executive, you will lead our presence in shopping malls and commercial properties. This includes negotiating retail space agreements, overseeing field staff, ensuring operational compliance, and acting as the main contact for mall partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mall Leasing & Contract Negotiation
Source and negotiate leasing opportunities across commercial properties and malls
Handle contracts, renewal terms, and cost negotiations independently
2. Relationship & Account Management
Maintain strong and ongoing communications with mall representatives
Handle escalations and build goodwill for future placements
3. Staff Coordination & Deployment
Coordinate field team assignment schedules, including booth staff, logistics support, and promotional crews
Ensure personnel meet attendance and presentation standards
4. Routine Site Inspections
Visit all active mall locations regularly to verify operations, resolve issues, and ensure standard adherence
Monitor sales environment and consumer interaction patterns
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit weekly reports on mall site status, staff feedback, and lease KPI progress
Recommend site-specific adjustments based on observed data
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with HR on staffing, Finance on lease expense tracking, and Operations for daily logistics
Contribute insights to overall business expansion strategies
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year in leasing, field operations, or B2B relationship management
Experience working with mall administrators or in kiosk/pop-up operations is highly preferred
Skills
Strong negotiation, documentation, and planning capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Mobility
Must be willing to travel extensively across Metro Manila
Occasional weekend monitoring duties if activation is ongoing
