Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in clinic or healthcare management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services
Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Marketing and business development experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the aesthetic clinic
Manage and support clinical and administrative staff
