Job Description

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000
Required Experience:
・Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
・Demonstrated success in launching new products, building sales channels, or expanding markets within the FMCG or food industry.
・With at least 10 years of experience in Business Development
・Strong command of English for clear communication with local teams and global headquarters
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with data analysis to support decision-making
・Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset
・Self-driven, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
・Willingness to travel locally to develop business opportunities and strengthen client relationships

Preference:
+Experience working in a start-up or new market launch setting
+ Experience working in a Japanese FMCG Company
+Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in the Philippines
+Basic understanding of company setup, legal, and administrative procedures
+Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams

Responsibilities:
1) Lead Market Entry and Expansion: Spearhead the launch and growth of our company’s FMCG and food products in the Philippines from the ground up.
2) Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify potential customers, distributors, and partners to establish a solid sales network across key regions.
3) Create and Implement Sales Strategies: Design innovative approaches to penetrate untapped markets and increase brand awareness in a competitive landscape.
4) Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate trust and long-term partnerships with new and existing clients through exceptional communication and service.
5) Conduct Market Research & Analysis: Gather insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
6) Support Company Setup Activities: Collaborate with internal teams and local authorities to ensure smooth establishment of operations, including compliance and administrative tasks.
7) Coordinate with Headquarters: Provide regular updates and strategic input to align local market efforts with global company goals.
8) Manage Key Accounts and Sales Pipeline: Monitor sales performance, forecast growth, and optimize resources for maximum impact.
9) Represent the Company: Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build brand reputation and expand networks.
10) Demonstrate Flexibility & Adaptability: Navigate challenges in a new market environment with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
