Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Comfac Corporation you will play a key role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in MEPF project management, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role. Data Center Experience in an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
