Project Manager

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred). Professional License is a required.
-A Master's degree or specialized certification in tower construction or related fields is a plus.
-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically in tower erection or related construction sectors.
-Proven experience managing large-scale construction or installation projects, preferably in telecom or electrical infrastructure.
-Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
-Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
-Knowledge of tower erection processes, materials, and equipment.
-Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
-Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
-Occupational Health and Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
-Tower climbing and rescue certifications, if applicable.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
