Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
Handle confidential information with discretion
Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor and respond to emails as needed on behalf of the executive
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
Coordinate logistics for business trips, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing files, and maintaining office systems
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial positions
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
