Job Description
Maintain Station Readiness: Ensure all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment are prepared and organized for service.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of each dish prepared, maintaining portion control and presentation standards.
Assist in Kitchen Prep: Participate in food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces, ensuring ingredients are ready for use.
Station Cleanliness: Keep the cooking station clean and organized during and after service, adhering to food safety regulations.
Follow Health and Safety Standards: Maintain hygiene practices and adhere to food safety guidelines, especially when handling raw ingredients.
Support Other Stations: Assist in other kitchen areas when required, ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Waste Management: Monitor food waste and implement best practices to minimize it.
Other duties may be assigned.
