Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong telemarketing skills and CRM management experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and data management to support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Lead Generation
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients daily.
Effectively engage prospects using persuasive sales techniques to generate quality leads.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and with persistence.
Maintain clear, confident, and professional verbal communication at all times.
Apply active listening skills to understand prospect needs and tailor responses accordingly.

CRM Management
Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Ensure all client interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses are accurately recorded.
Regularly update CRM records with relevant notes, contact information, and communication history.
Generate reports and provide insights on lead activity and campaign performance.
