Job Description
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are looking for a Category Manager to lead and oversee category supervisors while driving the growth and profitability of consumer electronics retail products. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating with mall and building owners, overseeing product selection, pricing strategies, inventory management, sales analysis, and promotional planning. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, strategic thinker, and results-driven professional who can collaborate effectively with suppliers, sales teams, marketing, and store operations to ensure category competitiveness and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or digital advertising.
Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and leading client relationships.
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and delivering insights.
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, project management software (Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing is a plus.
Soft Skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on campaign performance.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, and analytics) to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and motivate account executives and junior team members.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovative solutions and seamless project execution.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
Financial Management
Oversee account budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
Market Research and Trends
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
Proactively recommend new strategies and tools to enhance client campaigns.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
