Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales department. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Analyze sales performance metrics and develop action plans to drive improvements.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to fuel growth.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.

Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant growth.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Fintech, etc.].

Global or multi-regional sales experience.

Strong network within the industry or target customer base.
