Job Description

QA MANAGER FOR CHAT OPERATIONS
SALARY RANGE: PHP 100,000 - PHP 130,000 (Earn up to $15 USD per hour)
SET-UP: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

- Team Leadership & Oversight
- Process Compliance & Quality Audits
- Leadership & Operational Assessment
- Reporting & Insights
- Documentation & Policy Integrity
- Training & Development Collaboration
- Strategic Improvements & SOP Development

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, QA, or operations management (preferably in a remote/digital team)
- Prior experience supervising or managing audit/QA teams
- Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Flexible availability to audit across different shifts, including EST-based night teams
