Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (1 URGENT)
Full-time - Makati Office
Monthly Salary: P16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule)

Qualifications:
 College graduate
 1–2 years in Healthcare service, Healthcare BPO, Claims or LOA coordination
 Basic medical terminology, privacy, and data handling standards
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, fast and accurate typing and
documentation
 Effective communication, good leadership, customer service-oriented
 Licensure: No professional license required
 Amenable to night shift and shifting schedules
 Able to work from home when needed
 Can start asap
Other Requirements:
 Reliable and punctual
 Willing to undergo training and continuous learning
Job Responsibilities:
 Attends to EastWest Healthcare’s general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
 Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members thru the
24/7 Hotline.
 Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
 Billing and payment verification
 Cross departmental Collaboration
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
