Job Description
2 Responsible for drafting, reviewing and managing legal documents and contracts between the company and its customers, suppliers and partners.
3. study laws and regulations in depth, conduct legal research, and update legal knowledge to relevant departments of the company in a timely manner.
4.Participate in the development of company policies to ensure that they comply with relevant laws and have feasibility.
5.Handle legal disputes between the company and third parties, prepare legal documents in cooperation with external lawyers and represent the company in court.
6.Provide legal training to employees to ensure that they understand the company's compliance policies.
7.Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure that the company's business meets the requirements of relevant regulations.
8.Identify and assess legal risks, and make recommendations on risk prevention and control.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in law, familiar with local laws and regulations is preferred.
2. must come from well-known large enterprises such as Huawei, with rich working experience in internal compliance or legal affairs.
3.Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently and write clear and precise legal documents.
4.Team player, able to work closely with other departments to solve complex legal issues.
5.Possess independent problem solving ability, good at dealing with emergencies.
6.Deep understanding of the company's business model and industry, able to provide legal support for business decisions.
