Position: Amazon Support Specialist

Salary Offer: Php40,000-Php45,000
Work Schedule: (Day shift – First 2 months) (Night shift – after 2nd month of tenure)
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Description:
Bachelor's Degree holder.
With knowledge in using the Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive, and software systems.
With 1-2 years of work experience as Amazon Support.
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig and Antipolo.
Willing to work in a Nightshift schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in monitoring the amazon Seller Central account health.
Responsible in monitoring and identifying the root cause of policy violations or listing health issues.
Monitor and process the documentation needs to cross-functional team members, and following through to resolution.
Responsible in monitoring the account health activities and ticket resolutions for a portfolio of clients.
Other tasks assigned.
