Position: Amazon Support Officer
Company Industry: IT Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php40,000-Php45,000
Work Schedule: (Day shift – First 2 months) (Night shift – after 2nd month of tenure)
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Description:
Bachelor's Degree holder.
With 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central.
Knowledgeable in using macros, pivots, lookups, pivots, lookups, conditional statements/formatting.
Willing to work in a night shift schedule.
Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily the assigned accounts for any performance, account, inventory issues.
Creating tickets in the internal project management system for any issues within the accounts.
Create approved shipments within Amazon and communicate directly with clients on updates and check the missing details
Create weekly Audits for fees & Shipments.
Other tasks assigned.
