AVP - Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations across real estate, commercial leasing, asset management, and property development projects.
2. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership in the development and execution of operational strategies and long-term business plans.
4. Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and profitability targets.
5. Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to support scalable and sustainable operations.
6. Lead cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements, risk management, and project delivery.
7. Conduct market and feasibility analysis for potential acquisitions, developments, and business ventures.
8. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
9. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess and improve performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
2. Aged between 35 to 45 years old, with a mature leadership presence and professional experience.
3. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate, commercial operations, and finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior operational role.
4. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
5. Strong understanding of real estate investment, leasing, financial modeling, and property operations.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
7. Proficient in relevant software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, real estate platforms).
8. Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management capabilities.
9. Demonstrated success in scaling real estate portfolios and optimizing assets.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
11. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
