Job Description
1. Oversee daily financial and operational functions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
2. Ensure timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
4. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial planning, investment strategies, and performance improvement.
5. Drive scenario modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments for new projects or acquisitions.
6. Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance of real estate assets, including leasing, occupancy, revenue, and ROI.
7. Manage cash flows and fund allocations for multiple developments and investment structures.
8. Establish and enforce financial controls and SOPs to safeguard company assets.
9. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations, including tax, audit, and corporate governance requirements.Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals; foster a high-performance culture.
10. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with legal, sales, development, and property management departments.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Bachelo'rs degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
2. Must be a CPA.
3. 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in the real estate or property development sector.
4. Proven expertise in commercial real estate financial modeling, project costing, and risk management.|
5. Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax codes, and real estate regulations.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Aged between 35 to 45 years.
8. Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
