AVP - Operations (Business Development)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead business development strategies to drive growth in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate segments.
2. Identify and develop strategic partnerships, investor relations, and joint ventures to expand business opportunities.
3. Drive project feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for potential developments.
4. Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, investment analysis, and ROI projections.
5. Supervise commercial negotiations, legal agreements, and due diligence processes.
6. Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
7. Collaborate with marketing, sales, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate business risks and opportunities.
9. Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
10. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and performance.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. 10–15 years of progressive experience in business development, operations, and finance within the real estate industry.
3. Proven track record of closing high-value deals, driving project profitability, and managing cross-functional teams.
4. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, financial structuring, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
5. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
6. Aged between 35 to 45 years.
7. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and result orientation.
