Job Description
*Analyze local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
*Identify and visit target areas to acquire exclusive properties for the company’s portfolio by building relationships with property owners and presenting the benefits of our services.
*Oversee the end-to-end client journey—from lead generation to closing—ensuring exceptional service, regular engagement, and long-term partnerships.
*Handle high-level negotiations with clients and property owners, ensuring win-win outcomes while protecting the company’s interests.
*Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to strengthen brand presence and identify potential business opportunities.
*Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property owners, investors, and institutional clients.
