REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Fil-Chi who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open to foreign applicants with permanent visas (13-A and TRV)
- Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates of any course.
- BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
- Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
- Can work in a shift schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/services, as well as providing basic customer service support.
- Managed real-time client concerns, including menu updated, customer escalations, and restaurant schedule adjustments.
- Acted as a liaison between restaurant owners and customers to facilitate communication and resolution of issues.
- Proactively contacted restaurants to update menus and address any changes or updates needed.
- Supports the customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the products.
