Job Description
Position: Cantonese Customer Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php 110,000
Work Set-up: 100% Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Can speak, read, and write in Cantonese and English
☑️Open to High School, College Undergraduate, and Bachelor’s Graduate in any courses.
☑️Open to Foreign Nationals with permanent visa
☑️ Must be willing to work in shifts, generally the graveyard shift
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️The role involves speaking to customers, gathering necessary information, verifying accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and maintaining an energetic tone.
☑️It involves creating value through quality customer service, checking updates, process flows, and records, adhering to call flow, and actively listening to customers
☑️It also involves upselling and cross selling products, evaluating and responding to customer inquiries, adhering to guidelines, and analyzing requests.
