Job Description
Assists and greets visitors
Manage conference room bookings
Encode data list, documents, and parcels received at the counter
Report unusual issues arise in her area
Performs inspection of facilities and submits report to supervisors
Respond to some inquiries via phone or e-mail
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 6 months work-related experience
Friendly and approachable
With pleasing personality at least 5'2" height
Willing to be assigned at Balara Quezon City
