Job Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest service role
- Excellent physical stamina to assist guests with luggage
- Strong knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options
- Exceptional guest relations skills and a warm, friendly personality
- Must maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
