Job Description

The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival at the airport, assisting with luggage, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Job Qualification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus
- Ability to coordinate airports travels and guest arrivals/departures efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel systems and flight schedules is an advantage
