Job Description
- Marketing Campaign Execution & Coordination
• Support the marketing director in breaking down monthly/quarterly marketing plans into actionable execution calendars and workflows;
• Prepare project briefs and lead kick-off coordination between internal teams (design, content, media, development);
• Track project milestones to ensure timely delivery of creative assets, social posts, landing pages, and media placements;
• Perform quality checks across deliverables, ensuring brand alignment and technical accuracy upon launch.
- Social Media & Content Operations
• Support the development of multi-platform content strategies and monthly content calendars;
• Work closely with writers and designers to review copy, visuals, and short-form video scripts;
• Schedule posts across platforms using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite;
• Organize community engagement activations (e.g., giveaways, comment campaigns, live stream support);
• Monitor post feedback and escalate relevant user concerns to internal teams.
- Ad Management Support & Performance Monitoring
• Coordinate with the paid media team to ensure timely preparation of ad creatives and landing pages;
• Understand the structure and basic operations of ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads;
• Assist with audience setup, A/B testing frameworks, and campaign monitoring;
• Compile weekly performance snapshots and suggest creative/media optimizations based on KPIs.
- Analytics & Campaign Reporting
• Utilize tools such as GA4, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics to track user behavior and content performance;
• Compile performance dashboards including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and retention;
• Assist in producing post-campaign reports and proposing data-driven improvement suggestions.
