Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reels and others.
2. Create, edit, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
3. Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, and manage customer interactions to foster community engagement.
4. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
5. Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and integration of efforts.
6. Track trends, news, and updates in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
7. Develop social media content calendars and schedule posts in a timely manner.
8. Conduct social media audits and report on the performance of campaigns.
9. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
10. Engage with influencers and brand advocates to enhance content reach and collaboration.
11. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
3. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
4. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
5. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
6. Excellent copywriting skills and creativity.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
10. Experience in creating social media advertising campaigns Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Reels Ads, Twitter Ads and Tiktok Ads.
Preferred Skills:
1. Graphic design skills
2. Basic video editing skills.
3. Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.
4. Understanding of branding principles and content strategy.
5. Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
