Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content.
3. Optimize website content and structure for on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
4. Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues that may impact search engine rankings.
5. Implement on-page optimization techniques, including schema markup, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps.
6. Manage off-page optimization efforts, including link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach.
7. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.
10. Track and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
11. Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages.
12. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
13. Initiate marketing campaigns and propaganda to attract the target audience and drive user engagement.
14. Interact with the target audience on social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
15. Oversee content copywriting for website pages, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
16. Create and maintain a social media calendar to plan and schedule content across various platforms.
17. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
3. In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
4. Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
5. Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
6. Experience in content copywriting for various platforms and marketing materials.
7. Experience in managing social media calendars and scheduling content.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications preferred.
