Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate product, service, billing, and company policies information.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ongoing training.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Exp
- At least HS Graduate, Old Curriculum/ SHS Grad, New Curriculum / College Undergrad / College Graduate / Associate Graduate
- Salary:
