Position: Customer Service Officer
Industry: IT Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php50,000 - Php60,000
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
Open for Highschool graduate, undergraduate and Bachelor's Degree.
With 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service (Non voice/Voice and Live chat).
With experience working in iGaming company.
Willing to work outside the Philippines once needed.
Willing to onsite interview once needed.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts.
Assist the customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue.
Explaining the best solutions to the customers.
Assist and check the customers feedback for improvement.
