Position: Customer Service Specialist (Open for Non-Bachelor's Degree)
Industry: IT Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php40,000 – Php70,000
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
✨Open for Highschool graduate, undergraduate and Bachelor's Degree.
✨With 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service (Non voice/Voice and Live chat).
✨With experience working in iGaming company.
✨Willing to work outside the Philippines once needed.
✨Willing to onsite interview once needed.

Responsibilities:
✨Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
✨Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts.
✨Assist the customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue.
✨Explaining the best solutions to the customers.
✨Assist and check the customers feedback for improvement.
