Shift: Shifting Schedule | Onsite
Job Overview:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and ticketing. Join our team in Cebu City and provide top-notch support in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and assist with travel-related services.
Support customers with reservations, ticketing, and itinerary concerns.
Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Nursing Graduate or College Undergraduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
Strong communication skills (WOSA preferred).
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a shifting schedule.
