Job Description
HR SPERCIALIST (IMMEDIATE HIRING)
1. BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
Administer and manage employee benefit programs such as claims and loans with SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth, health and accident insurances, and wellness programs.
Act as the primary contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries, claims and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Educate employees about benefits, eligibility requirements and plan details through regular communication.
Work closely with HR and health providers to deliver efficient benefit services .
2. EMPLOYEE/LABOR RELATIONS
Assist in mediating and resolving workplace conflicts between employees .
Ensure all Incident reports, NTE DA are being handled correctly and in a timely manner.
Assist in conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances or misconduct allegations.
Monitors and assist in the implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
Maintain accurate records related to employee relations issues and grievances.
3. TRAINING
Responsible in the orientation of policies, procedures and employee code of conduct to all employees conducts exit interviews.
Assist in identifying and assessing training & development needs of the organization through career paths appraised schemes, job analysis within the company.
Assist in providing training to employees on wellness, employee relations issues, effective communication strategies etc.
Assist in communicating HR policies, procedures and labor relations developments to employees.
Prepare MOA for employees to undergo paid training.
Monitor and review progress of trainees.
4. OTHER TASKS
Liaises with government agencies such as SSS< Pag-Ibig, Philhealth and DOLE
Monitors: Leaves, Official Business, Undertime, Half-day, Tardiness
Responsible in the preparation & execution of company activities.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and or Psychology.
Proven experience (at least 2 to 3 years) in HR related tasks.
Familiar with SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth transactions.
Knowledgeable in formulating training modules and with background in training management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and can relate well with all levels in the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Punctual and excellent attendance.
