Job Description
If you're a college undergraduate with at least 1 year of studies or a high school/Senior High School graduate with 1 year of solid customer service-related experience, have great communication skills, and are comfortable working on shifting schedules—including holidays—this could be the perfect role for you!
Your Key Responsibilities
• Help customers by answering inquiries and resolving concerns clearly and professionally
• Use computer tools to provide quick and accurate support
• Ensure a great experience for every customer by being helpful and efficient
Needed Qualifications
• At least 1 year of college or high school/Senior High graduate with 1 year of customer service-related work
• Excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate and willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
