Job Description

Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Account: Hotel Reservation

Location: Ayala, Makati

Salary: 28,000 Salary Package
- 25,000 basic salary
- 3,000 De Minimis Allowance

Work Set Up: Pure Onsite Work Setup

Work Schedule: Permanent Night Shift Schedule

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- No Educational Attainment required: We accept High School Graduate
- At least 1 year work experience in Hospitality, Hotel and Travel Industry
- No BPO experience is required
- Can type 60 wpm
- Proficient in writing and speaking English language
- Good communication skills
- Candidate must be amenable to work onsite
- Computer literate and good web navigating skills
- Candidate must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule (Opening shift - 10 PM onwards & Closing shift - 4 AM onwards)
- Available to start ASAP

- Day off schedules are not definite but it will always be 2 consecutive dates
