Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required
Willing to work in shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
With or without experience – we provide extensive training!
Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Achieve performance targets and goals set by the company
- Document and update customer information accurately
