Position: Operations Manager

Salary: Php 55,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree holder
With at least 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager
Amenable to attend face to face interview.
Amenable to work on site
Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Senior Service Delivery management team in setting, overseeing, measuring, and promoting KPIs and SLAs. Manage a team or teams with 65 to 80 employees.
Provide strategies, procedures, activities, and assistance in identifying opportunities for process improvement to the Senior Service Delivery management team.
Oversee several teams in the business models of technical assistance, customer care, and e-commerce.
Mentor and train Group Leader for the next level of position
Regularly reports performance to Senior Manager and VP for Service Delivery, Country Manager, CEO and clients
Tracks client escalation and swiftly responds to address concerns
