Position: Amazon Support and Supply Chain Specialist
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Antipolo City, Rizal
Work Schedule: Night shift
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree holder
With at least 1 year of experience operating within Amazon Seller Central
Amenable to attend face to face interview.
Amenable to work on site
Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checks of allocated accounts every day for problems related to performance, accounts, or inventory
Submitting tickets for any account-related problems in the internal project management system.
Sorting, filtering, and looking up vast amounts of data fast and effectively.
Weekly Shipments and Fee Audits
Ad Hoc tests and reporting according to client requirements
Collaborating with Amazon Seller Support via phone conversations, chat, and case logs to successfully and quickly resolve problems.
Generating and formatting reporting dashboards.
