Job Description
Position: Amazon Operations Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO
Work Location: Antipolo
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 30,000 -45,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience using Vendor Central or Amazon Seller (non-negotiable)
• At ease using Google Docs/Drive, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software programs
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivots, and macros
• Knowledge with ticketing and project management systems
• Understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices, particularly within Amazon
market.
• Flexibility and a readiness to keep abreast of innovations and changes in the Amazon
ecosystem.
• It is advantageous to have prior experience with Continia, Microsoft Business Central, or Microsoft Navision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Tracking the condition of an Amazon Seller Central account, determining the underlying reason for policy infractions, or listing medical conditions, informing cross-functional team members of the necessity for documentation, and
completing the resolution.
• Developing new product listings and variation structures in accordance with Amazon's policies to assist
the commercial requirements of your client.
• Collaborating with the Operations Director or Manager to describe the current state of
concerns, tickets, and account health.
• Using information from proprietary data systems, Vendor Central, and Amazon Seller Central to generate and create dashboards for reporting.
• You will be in charge of account health-related tasks and
ticket resolutions for a portfolio of customers in close collaboration with our operations counterpart’s organization.
