Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: This company give their services in to their client on providing an insight or tool to help a professionals and business to make their decisions much better. And it’s been over 32 years that their company give satisfaction to their client.

Position: Business Controller
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: 2PM - 10PM or 4PM - 12AM (Shifting schedule)
Salary: Php100,000 Basic
Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup (3 times a month RTO)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 5 years’ experience as Supervisor.
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work in hybrid set up (3 times a month RTO)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a looking forward based on the actual performance trends, expected changes in their strategy, and other business inputs.
- Manage a queries and reports, reconcile data, and provide comprehensive analysis and support for key stakeholders.
- Prepare deferral and accruals journals.
- Look and contribute to improvements efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service for systems under control.
- Manage the internal controls policies, support annual audits, and ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial processes.
