Salary Package:
200,000 - 350,000 maximum salary package

Your Role:
As a Financial Controller, you will:
- Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- You will be handling three teams:
1.) Shared Services Team
2.) Payroll Team
3.) Taxation Team
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- CPA qualified as at least 5 years of post qualifying relevant experience as head of finance for a large PHP-based group
- Experience in handling large number of 2000+ employees
- Experience in Net Suite and ERP Background preferred
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Confident in dealing with senior managers
- Commercially savvy and strategically focused
- Ability to work autonomously, providing direction to the operational managers and making sound and sensible decisions
- High standards of integrity and work ethic
- Preferred skills/expertise/experience
- BPO industry preferred
