Job Description
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach sales and distribution teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of the distribution network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and carriers.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
