Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg. or similar field preferred.
3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
4. Strong organization and project management skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide assistance to the Sales & Mktg. Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
4. Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
5. Collate and maintaining client information in the database.
6. Assist the Sales & Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
7. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
8. Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
9. Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
10. Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
