HR Head

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
-Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
-Design and manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs.
-Guide leadership and management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
-Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Required Skills:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
-Proven experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR, preferably in an educational setting.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

-This position will be working with an investment holding company.
-Working Set-up: Onsite
-Mondays to Fridays.
