HR Head

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
Design and manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs.
Guide leadership and management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Notes:

This position will be working with an investment holding company.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
