Job Description
Shift: Night
Work setup: Onsite in Manila (Makati/Parañaque)
Required Experience:
> Bachelor's Degree
> 3-5 years experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a BPO/IT industry
> Team Size exp: Manages 250–300 employees
> Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
> Experience budgeting and forecasting
> Familiarity with business and financial principles
> Excellent communication skills

Operations Managers play a key role in the day-to-day operations of an organization, managing and coordinating activities that are directly related to the production of goods and services.
