Job Description
Shift: Night
Work setup: Onsite in Manila (Makati/Parañaque)
Required Experience:
> Bachelor's Degree
> 3–5 years experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive positions in a BPO industry
> Must have background with international clients
> Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
> Knowledge of HR systems and databases
> In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Job Overview:
Will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
