Job Qualifications:

Four (4) college courses
Preferably with one year of work experience
Fluency in English
Computer literacy

Job Description:

Respond to queries of agents regarding terminal operations and network-related concerns.
Provides sales-related information (like sales/cancellations/payouts for the day, week, and month) specific to that lotto agent through the use of management terminals, which have direct access to the central sales database of the system.
Assists the lotto agents/operators in performing ticket cancellations through the management terminal, which are beyond the allowed cancellation time period, by providing the lotto operator with special access privileges.
Logs all calls received for monitoring purposes.
Performs first-level diagnostics on problems being called in by lotto agents/operators.
