Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any field.
• With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering post sales inquiries , complaints , resolving issues , processing orders , maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem solving skills.
• Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally by providing exceptional services and support.
• Promote and upsell products and services based on customer's needs
• Provides support to all internal and external clients
• Escalate complex or unresolved problems to appropriate business units when necessary
• Achieve agreed upon sales quota /target
• Monitors customer satisfaction level
Salary:
